The annual COMING OUT DAY BREAKFAST brings together people from small business, corporate, educational and professional communities that have been active in supporting lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) equality. Working together these communities are making Jacksonville a more LGBT-welcoming and inclusive city and at the same time improving our local economy. Keynote Speaker: Rea Carey, Executive Director of the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force (NGLTF) NGLTF's mission is to build the grassroots power of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered community. NGLTF also works to create a nation that respects the diversity of human expression and identity and create opportunity for all. Ms. Carey has been a leader in the national LGBT movement since the early 1990's when she was the founding director of the National Youth Advocacy Coalition.
